DESIGN

We’ll meet to review your ideas and develop a preliminary design. This begins with a Design Contract. Expect several rounds of refinement.

Selections

Once your design is in place, we submit a new construction contract. You make selections for your new home: siding, roofing, windows, flooring, and more.

Construction

We break ground and build from the foundation up. You receive regular updates throughout until your dream home is complete.
