This is when you'll start to compile a list of your ideas, thoughts, and any questions you may have about the home building process. Typical questions to consider are lot location & size, cost, timeline, and of course, which contractor should you choose?
We'll set up a meeting to review your ideas and put them into action with a preliminary design. This usually begins with a Design Contract and can take some time, as we will go back & forth until our design meets your vision.
Once we have your design in place, we'll submit a new contract for construction. This is when we can start making selections for you new home, such as siding style and color, roofing materials, windows, and more!
