We have John Krause Construction power wash our house and patio, paint the front porch, awnings over the windows, wood behind the gutters and around the garage and replace some of the siding at the back of the house. In the beginning their were some communication issues but that was all worked out to our satisfaction. Their were a few issues with the power washing and painting but all of that was fixed to our satisfaction as well. We are satisfied with the work overall.

I had a leak on the washer machine that I didn't know about until I started to notice that the hardwood floors started buckling. We contacted John Krause Construction to see what was causing the problem . They came in and found the problem and corrected the issue . They had to replace most of the hallway hardwood , due to being damaged by the water . The sanded the living room and kitchen so that could match the color of rest of house . They did a fantastic job . I also had them to replace laundry room doors with sliding barn doors which turned out better then expected. Would highly recommend John Krause Construction to all my friends . Thanks for a great job
